John has a background in high technology start-ups. John is also Chairman of Stratophase Ltd. and Michelson Diagnostics Ltd which he helped found and where he introduced VC funding.

James Theobald - CEO
James has 20 years experience in Far Eastern manufacturing. He has set up large and small factories in China, manufacturing a wide variety of products. James was Co-founder of Xena Security and Litelogic, the market leader in LED-based display advertising systems. As Co-founder of Litelogic, James created the vision to build and lead a global revolution in outdoor advertising. James led the fund raising and built the team that created, designed and manufactured the world's most efficient and effective digital outdoor advertising systems.

John Matcham - Commercial Sales Director
John has vast experience at all levels of the LED business. He was the Business Development Manager for Anolis LED where he created a structure of project potential and control, through 170 of the world’s top lighting design houses, creating GDP 1.2M of sales within 6 months. He became the Electronic Manufacturing Director for Dematec S.A. based in Switzerland and then Managing Director of Promacs, part of Manitou Group, the third-largest maintenance company in the world.

Nick Perry - Business Development Director
Nick Perry has been involved in business development for 29 year, founding Puck Mill Studios in 1980, making Art Deco replicas for the V&A museum and many other international customers. In 1985 he became the business development manager for Harmony Kingdom, today one of the largest collectables companies in the USA with a multi-million pound turnover. In 2001 as Business Development Director for Tempus Stet, Nick established a contemporary lighting range using LEDs; from this grew Litefuzion, a high-end lighting design company specialising in LEDs for hotels, bars and restaurants. Nick created the LED division for Andy Thorntons, one of the largest decorative light suppliers to the hotel and restaurant market in the UK.

John Allard - Technical Director
Our new Technical Director has more than 20 years’ experience in the lighting industry, winning high-profile lighting designer awards while at ITV. He is a member of two of the UK’s leading professional lighting design associations and is highly experienced in product research and technical design.
